How executive coaching works:

• 12 monthly coaching sessions

• Consistent email support throughout the year

• Customized goal setting for your unique needs

• Up to three HR emergency support calls 

• One bonus coaching session for any member of your team 

• Review of up to three major documents such as grant proposals or HR manuals

 

We’ll schedule time based on your schedule and develop a plan for our time together. 

 

You’ll have an accountability partner to keep you on track with your goals and keep you motivated to serve your team and your organization’s mission.
