How does a culture audit work?

Step 2: Through a combination of surveys, one on one conversations, and small group discussions, we’ll identify key strengths, opportunities, and risks for your organization.
Step 3: We’ll develop a custom report with details of our learnings from the culture audit and use that information to develop recommendations for steps different people or departments in your organization can take to strengthen the culture and realize your vision.

Step 4: We’ll have a final support call to review the report and our recommendations for your organization.

Once we’ve completed your Culture Audit, you can take the optional step of engaging us to help you implement the plan provided to you in step three.
