• Step 2: We’ll identify opportunities in your programming, spending patterns, human resources infrastructure, and other key operational areas.
   

• Step 3: We’ll audit your current funding sources including individual donors, grants and program income.
   

• Step 4: The Fast Impact team will prepare a customized report with strategic recommendations for how to improve your organization’s operational and/or financial situation. This report will include targeted goals and action steps.
   

• Bonus Step: For an additional fee, you have the option to contract us to help you with implementation of your targeted goals including writing effective grant proposals, cultivating donor relationships, and marketing your paid programs.
